The challenge recreates elite marathon pace conditions on a treadmill set by Kelvin Kiptum and Ruth Chepngetich and invites participants to see how long they can sustain that speed.

The Challenge

Run at record-breaking marathon pace and push your limits.

  • Men’s Speed: 21 km/h

  • Women’s Speed: 19 km/h

  • Your score = how long you survive

Step off, and your time is locked. Stay on, and climb the leaderboard.

How it works

1. Register online

2. Show up & check in at front desk

3. Warm up

4. Hit the treadmill

5. Reach target speed (Judge increases speed gradually.)

6. Hold on as long as possible (Stopwatch begins once target pace is reached, Time stops when participant steps off or grabs the handles.)

7. Get your time on the leaderboard
